Knoll

Knoll brings order and beauty to workplace, hospitality, and residential environments.
Founded in New York City in 1938, the furniture and interiors brand collaborates with architects, artists, and designers leading the cultural zeitgeist. It is also the licensed manufacturer of classic works by many design pioneers, including Eero Saarinen, Harry Bertoia, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Florence Knoll, and Marcel Breuer. The Knoll portfolio allows architects and designers to remain true to the philosophy of “total design,” where material, color, and form work in harmony to deliver a complete experience of space.
At this year’s Salone del Mobile, Knoll is presenting sculptural pieces that complement an architectural interior—new furniture typologies that unite art and craftsmanship in bold material expressions. New collections by Johnston Marklee, Jonathan Muecke, and Willo Perron will be introduced, as well as an archival reissue by Joseph D’Urso and new finishes on a Ludwig Mies van der Rohe classic.
The new introductions will be exhibited at the Knoll pavilion designed by architecture practice OFFICE, founded by Kersten Geers and David Van Severen. The sustainably designed architectural space is made from repurposed and recycled materials that have been reimagined each year of the partnership to complement the products.
